The rooms were very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food was also good. The location of the hotel is great we took our daughter to the university of Tampa which is 10 minutes away. Great price Great service I will definitely be back.

The room was dirty. I found a little dead cockroach in the bathroom and 2 hairs in the refrigerator and on the bed etc. the toilet water flush was broken so it just kept running. Breakfast was not so good, coffee was very light. The location was very good and convenient but I would not return this hotel.

Very friendly staff! Breakfasts were reliably good and our questions were always answered quickly and with a smile. While the room was clean overall, the floor of the bathroom had quite a bit of hair on it that wasn't ours. Might have just missed this one when sweeping. We appreciated the extra space in our room. Even with it being a king sized bed, there was still lots of space.

When we first got there, the staff had given us some keys to our room, but the room was not cleaned out so she had to switch to another room and when we got there, the TV didn’t work cause the battery were low so she switched the batteries out. The pool was dirty but the breakfast was good though.
