I really enjoyed my stay at this property in Tamarindo. It’s perfectly located—close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough from the main drag to avoid the noise. The rooms are smartly designed, with comfortable beds and pillows, and the place has the feel of a newer, well-maintained property. Greg and Katie were warm, welcoming, and quick to suggest activities and dining options tailored to my preferences. The pool looked inviting, and the open-air bar/restaurant at the entrance adds to the relaxed, loungy vibe. I didn’t get a chance to try it this time, but I can easily see it being a lively spot during the high season. I visited in the low season, so the bar and restaurant were quiet—similar to much of Tamarindo at this time of year—but the overall atmosphere was still pleasant. This is a comfortable, stylish spot with genuinely friendly staff, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Perfect Stay

What a fantastic property at a perfect location in the heart of Tamarindo. This hotel is fairly new, the rooms are clean, minimalist in design and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The on site bar is fully stocked and they have secure on site parking. Ended up booking this last minute due to another hotel being sub par, would have loved to stay here multiple nights.

Almost new and very well kept. Hosts and staff are very helpful making your stay pleasant. We were able to check in early. The salt water pool was great room was very nice. Can't state again how friendly and helpful they all were. Not far from the shops and beach holistic The only thing I would say was missing is a refrigerator in the room. Was a great stay.

This is our 4th time in Tamarindo, this place was brand new since our last visit!! We stayed in the suite and the outside shower was amazing!!!! The soaking tub was so soothing after being at the beach all day. The pool was so beautiful!!! Perfect place to get some sun and cool off under the umbrella!!!The location was convenient to walk to the supermarket close by or to the beach access. We used the transportation service that was offered thru the hotel and it was awesome!!! So seamless one less thing I had to setup!!! Will definitely go back next year!!!

Great Stay in Tamarindo

I had an amazing stay at WET hotel. I was honestly surprised there weren't more people staying there considering how perfect the location is. Then again it's brand new, so I'm sure it won't stay that way for long. The room was clean, modern and comfy and I really liked the projector screens in the room, which felt like a mini theatre. The pool was pristine and right by the bar, which was nice. Finally, the staff were amazing. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Tamarindo, I'll definitely be staying here again.

Our stay at WET Hotel - Adults Only in Tamarindo was fantastic and made our first visit to Costa Rica truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely safe and welcomed. The owner clearly pays close attention to every detail—the property was immaculate and very well-maintained. The staff were beyond friendly and always eager to help, which added significantly to our positive experience. The hotel's location is perfect—just a quick five-minute walk from the beautiful beach. Our room was modern and comfortable, featuring an incredible shower and even a big-screen projector, which was a nice bonus after a day exploring or surfing. Speaking of surfing, Tamarindo is a fantastic surf spot, and having such comfortable accommodations to come back to afterward made all the difference. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is new, modern, and in a prime location—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, downtown, and all the best restaurants. It was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Lourdes, the receptionist, was truly amazing. She always had a warm smile and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night! The hotel features a small yet pristine private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. While it’s very close to lively bars and nightlife, the rooms remain quiet, making it ideal for those who want to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The adults-only atmosphere adds to the peaceful and sophisticated vibe. Another great perk is the free parking, plus a night guard on duty for added safety and peace of mind.
