If you are going to visit Tamarindo, this is the place to stay. The facility itself is very well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with a variety of mature trees and well attended gardens. The views of the ocean are unmatched. Breakfast was included in our stay and the food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

It is a beautiful property - very well maintained. Loved having such easy access to the beach. Food was decent. Overall the staff was great - a few people were not ideal but that is expected anywhere. Rooms were nice, but the road noise is terrible - bring a sound machine, and even then it's still loud. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast was on par with the food we had in Miraflores but most of the other food left a lot to be desired. Just not flavorful with the exception of the ceviche which was good. Overall a nice stay at the resort and we enjoyed the pools and facilities. There were empty plastic cups floating in the pool toward the end of the day once, though. Direct access to the beach was very nice. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The towel limitations were annoying.

Clean place to stay, a little more on the expensive side for not being all inclusive but overall a great spot. It’s right on the beach, breakfast was fantastic, staff were easy to deal and communicate with and rooms have everything you need. The swim up bar and pool was fantastic as well. The Diriá is fabulous! I’ve seen there twice over the last year and I can tell you firsthand. It is the best hotel in town. Everything is walkable but really you don’t even need to go outside the resort they have everything. The location is perfect. The staff is amazing. The buffet is the best in town. I cannot say enough good things about the Diria.
