“The general feeling of hospitability in Padma is great. All the staff seem to be very nice and honest and you feel welcome. Also the dogs of the house are very nice and well behaving. The room was very good regarding the price and also breakfast was a bit simple but good. The walking distance to the ”downtown” is 10 minutes. I would definately stay here again.”

“The main issue with this hotel is that the staff allowed other guests who were there in large groups to hang around outside their rooms on the balconies, playing music, talking, drinking, smoking, partying meaning that you had no privacy in your room and this went on until 11.00pm. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, it offers beautiful sunset views, and if you’re staying in Room 3, you'll have a great view of Le Morne. It’s within walking distance of a grocery store and Kind Coffee shop, which my Le Morne guide said was the best coffee he had in Mauritius. “Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. And what I loved most is the host. She warmly welcomed me and took care of me. I miss her :')”

“Doble booking made in our room. We booked for a suite double room and the room was not available. We ask for special breakfast as stated in the webpage and confirmed by email, and during stay the breakfast consist only in bread and cheese!”
