The place is right next to the dead sea by a beautiful boardwalk. The hotel itself had a foul smell on the ground floor, and the room didn't look like anything in the pictures. The food wasn't amazing. and the room wasn't really clean, especially the porch.

Too expensive to what you gett. Quite nice breakfast and dinner, nice room -sea view, but with dirty shower, was discusting!! Spa and facilities not clean as well. I ordered a sleep at this hotel assuming it is as good as its grade. The room was nice, the balcony faced the Dead Sea and the view was great. Dinner was bad, half the food tasted like it was reheated several times, and the variety of salads was very minimal. The glasses were dirty, and it took the waiter 15 minutes to get new ones. I won’t elaborate about the breakfast, which was just bad. Overall, there are better hotels in my opinion.

We went Passover week, so the hotel was very crowded, and the daytime staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. However, we really enjoyed the dining room breakfast (included), and the patios. Parking lot is small, so you have to get lucky to snag a spot (although it is free to park). The pool water feels chilly, pool towels are hard to get, and lunch options are limited. The dinner buffet was $35 USD per person, so we walked to the Ein Bokek Restaurant (seriously good hummus) for a cheaper meal most nights. I agree that this place has the look of luxury, but is missing the extra service elements to justify the high price (slow check in, poor towel service). Overall, this still might be the best option for entry level luxury, and the location on the water is excellent.

Personnel mal poli Nous nous sommes fait hurler dessus au petit déjeuner car l’endroit où nous voulions nous assoir était fermé. Ensuite, le parking était complet ils nous ont donc dis d’aller nous garer ailleurs. Que ce n’était pas leur problème. Le directeur lui même nous a dit  si vous n’êtes pas content partez !  je n’ai jamais entendu ça dans un hôtel. Il y a d’autres hôtels dans ce merveilleux endroit qui sauront vous satisfaire
