“This is not my first time and will not be the last time. Will come again and again because the resort have white sandy beach, easy access to the beach and suitable for children. Pool also kids friendly. Breakfast: average. Restaurant a bit crowd especially during public holidays but food is enough coz staff always top up the dishes. One suggestions for breakfast, please add on porridge in the menu. Travel with infant/kids, but there is no porridge serve during breakfast. Very disappointing....

“Teníamos muchas expectativas del lugar, perdimos nuestra reservación y no pudieron ayudarnos, tuvimos que pagar nuevamente. Al entrar, la habitación no olía bien, el personal no nos entendía, la alberca estaba muy sucia y en general el servicio muy pobre. ”

“Bilik bersih. Cuma, maklumbalas sistem yang menyatakan bahawa saya sudah boleh mendaftar, sangat lambat sehingga saya terpaksa menunggu untuk satu tempoh yang lama. Penerangan tentang pakej bayaran yang agak mengelirukan. Say kena bayar deposit untuk setiap bilik sedangkan di tempat lain bayaran deposit hanya dibayar sekali atau satu sahaja untuk semua jumlah bilik yang ditempah. Selak pintu ada yang sudah patah. Layanan kakitangan mesra dan membantu.”

“The stay here was great for a last minute trip. The food from the bistro was amazing however the conditions of the hotel is not the best. When making a booking I saw that it was a king size bed but once checked in, I noticed its two super single bed put together. The jacuzzi and spa service was available but the jacuzzi handle was broken and they forgot to fill up so when it was my time I had to wait half an hour for it to be filled. ”
