Perfect stay

This boutique hotel is really quaint and centrally located! I particularly loved the decor. Our room was very cute with comfortable bedding. Breakfast was delicious and fresh! Overall a great stay!

Overall the Hotel is very beautiful and historic. Nice pieces of antique furniture all around the dining area and our room. Breakfast was delicious, although, I did not like that I was charged whether or not you eat breakfast. Our room was great, but I did have an issue with the shower, it flooded while using and the hot water took a while to come out. I did see a stain in the wall and hair on shower wall that was there before we got there.

I would recommend this property. The location is the best - center of everything. Some minor complaints: I didn't have hot water in the room; one light didn't work. Another thing is not to blame the hotel, bur the basilik bells were very loud from 6:30 am. It wasn't a problem for me, but more sensitive people might want to choose a quieter place. The breakfast was very good, the room is authentic, staff friendly and I enjoyed the stay.

Delightful old style Mexican property with beautiful courtyard and nice room We were the only people staying that night. No hot water on arrival or that night. TV did not work The receptionist when she did arrive seemed more interested in her cell phone and her friends than us. HOWEVER next morning was perfect. Water was piping hot - almost like they were making up for the night before!- Breakfast was excellent and waitress exceptionally pleasant and nice. Total contrast to receptionist who again showed little interested in us. Overall it is a lovely property, very convenient to visit Talpa but needs improvement on staff and some of its amenities.

The location was perfect and the hotel was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The service everywhere (with the exception of the bar) was simply non-existent! For this price range you would expect at least SOMETHING!
