Very modern and new hotel, spacious room, kitchen with everything needed, very clean. It is about 10 mins walking from the ferry terminal and the old town, alots of shopping nearby. A huge super market is in 10-min walking distance.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Got a takeaway packed breakfast for the early ferry with a coffee which was so helpful. Recommend everything about this hotel it’s brand new, very comfortable and in a perfect location. Lovely French bakery around the corner too.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. Washrooms in particle were nice and spotless. Comfortable beds. It is a modern hotel near the ferry terminal. The air conditioning was not working and corner units don’t have the ability to open the windows so this can be a problem in the summer. They didn’t have fans available. Somebody also walked into our room in the morning - unsure if it was staff or another guest but either way this is concerning for privacy.

This is definitely the hotel i would recommend! Location is excellent! Clean, new, modern, friendly and helpful staff. Laundry machine and coffee was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing ! We really enjoyed our stay and i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tallinn

We booked the studio room for family of three and it was superb. Enough room to hangaround and it has a well equipped kitchenate for warming up food or cutting fruits. The hotel over all is clean and elegant. Breakfast table has various tasty options. Plenty of fresh froots as well.

This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly.
