Great hotel and spa at the edge of the Old Town

This place was centrally located and attached to a massive gym/fitness/spa centre that allowed free access with your stay. Breakfast was included and was quiet tasty. The rooms were large and clean.

Very nice hotel, it was better than expected. Staff was very nice and friendly. Bed was exellent. Room was clean and it looked like it was just renovated. We will be coming back to this hotel.

Great location next to the old town, peacefull place, clean, good sized room, really nice, large and versatile spa! Breakfast is quite simple but okay. I could visit Braavo again. :)

Hotel is literally built within a section of the old city wall. Amazing!! The location was perfect. We were literally within 100 to 950 metres of every sight we wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Room very comfortable. We used gym and spa everyday which was amazing. Both facilitues are HUGE and add so much value to what is a very well priced room!!! We used Bolt to and from airport (between €9.50 & €12)

The hotel and Spa were better than I expected. The breakfast was criticized for being limited in the reviews, but I think it was a good basic level breakfast. The location is very good and the hotel was pleasantly quiet. The only suggestion for improvement I could come up with would be clearer instructions from the women's changing room to the spa department. The right door was hard to find. I will definitely go again!

Le menu est frais. Concernant le spa, il faut demander chaque fois a l'accueil une serviette et un bracelet qu'on utilise pour acceder au spa et au casier. Le spa est très vaste donc beaucoup de choix, il est très intéressant. Mais, il faut savoir que c'est tout le monde qui y accède comme la population estonienne. Cela, est positif, car cest intéressant de se mélanger avec la population.

Uima-altaat olivat oikein kivat pienten lasten kanssa, erilaisia saunoja oli runsaasti. Oli kiva, kun kylpylään mennessä sai joka kerta vastaanotosta puhtaat pyyhkeet, eikä tarvinnut odottaa edellisten kuivumista. Huone olisi voinut olla paremminkin siivottu, mutta ihan perussiiisti oli kuitenkin. Aamiainen oli aika suppea.

Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Sähkölukot jokaisessa ovessa tosi kätevät. Suihku-wctilassa oli olemattomat laskutilat ja niin pieni lavuaari, ettei mahtunut edes kasvoja huuhtelemaan. Aamiainen oli hyvin perus. Puurot, leivät, normi leivänpäälliset, kananmunat ja kahvit löytyi. Budjettimatkalaiselle hinta/laatu ihan ok. Kylpyläosasto oli myös ihan hyvä ja monipuolinen, ei kylläkään erityisen viihtyisä tai tunnelmallinen. Henkilökunta oli asiallinen, ystävällisyys ja esim. aamiaisella tervehtiminen olisi kuulunut mielestäni hyviin tapoihin. Voisi tänne tulla uudestaankin, mutta ehkä seuraavalla kerralla haluaa kaikilta osin piirun verran laadukkaampaa.
