Worth every penny

We stayed at Bob W in Tallin with our family that includes two adults and two teenagers. Everyone were super happy for the stay and even the teenagers had fun at Bob W with us parents. Every detail was thought through and staying without reception was easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from Japan. The room was very spacious and had a sense of openness. The staff were also very kind. It was great. I was able to cook Japanese food in the kitchen and the facilities were great. I'd like to stay again next time.

The shower drain was clogged, so while I was taking a shower the water did not go down the drain but instead accumulated on the floor of the shower and bathroom. I had to deal with the flooding using the available towels. This caused significant inconvenience, and I am very dissatisfied with the quality of my stay at your hotel.

We stay at the deluxe apartment on the 9th floor - it was modern, beautifully decorated and had everything we need. 20 mins walk to old town. Aparthotel is also very responsive on text and helpful

Nykyaikainen ja tilava majoitus

Hotelliin sisäänpääsy oli katastrofaalinen. Hotellissa ei ole respaa, jonka vuoksi sisäänkirjautuminen tehdään puhelimella, Bob W:n sivuilla. Jokin heidän sivuillaan oli pielessä, ja kun klo 15 piti saada sisäänpääsykoodi, ei tätä koodia tullut. Yritykseen pystyy olemaan yhteydessä vain WhatsAppissa, jonka kautta otin heihin yhteyttä. Siellä ei tullut selvyyttä, miksi koodia ei ole. Ensin väitettiin, että varaukseni olisi peruutettu, sen jälkeen minulle tarjottiin eri asiakkaan koodia, ja vasta yli puoli tuntia tätä helteessä selviteltyäni sain koodin sisälle rakennukseen ja huoneeseeni. Huone oli ihanan avara ja parveke oli suuri. Huonekalut olivat ehjiä ja siistejä, pohjoismaisesti sisustettu. Pölyä oli jonkinverran pinnoilla, mutta muuten perussiistiä. Sänky ja petivaatteet olivat mukavat, ja huoneessa oli runsaasti kaappitilaa matkatavaroille. Lavuaari vuosi ja valaisimesta puuttui lamput, mutta laitettuani näistä henkilökunnalle viestiä, tultiin ne korjaamaan seuraavana päivänä. Keittiön varustelu oli hyvä ja terpeisiimme riittävä. Kunnollinen ilmastointi.Sijainti oli rauhallinen, joskin vastapäisellä sairaalalla kulkevat ambulanssit pitivät ääntä. Edullisia pysäköintialueita oli lähellä reilusti. Aamupala alakerran ravintolassa hyvä ja helppo. Rävala Coffeessa asiointi ei ollut yhtä sujuvaa, ja lisäksi sinne oli noin 5 minuutin kävelymatka. Alun ongelmia lukuunottamatta majoitus oli hyvä, sopii niin perheille, pariskunnille, yksinmatkustaville kuin kaveriporukoillekin!
