DÄlig standard för dyrt rum

Det var undermÄligt för mig som önskat ett tillgÀngligt rum. Fanns halvdant hjÀlpmedel vid toalettstolen och en minimal dusch med pall utan sÀkra tassar. Utan gÄngfunktion hade en vistelse pÄ hotellet varit omöjlig. Jag kommer aldrig att vÀlja detta kostsamma boende igen. Inte valuta för pengarna.

VĂ€ldigt mysigt stĂ€lle med underbar personal och riktigt fint lĂ€ge. VĂ€ldigt varmt rum nĂ€r vi var dĂ€r dock (vĂ€ldigt varma julidagar) och vĂ€ldigt krĂ„nglig vĂ€g upp med brant backe. Vi hade rum pĂ„ andra vĂ„ningen i Ängsbacken-huset.

Avskilt lÀge med fantastisk utsikt över Siljan. Finns liten takterrass ocksÄ dÀr man ser Ànnu mer. Rummet trevligt men lite slitet. Bra service i restaurangen men köket har lite att jobba pÄ nÀr det gÀller hanteringen av kött.

Vi blev uppgraderade till en stor svit som var fantastiskt trevligt inrett med bl a 2 bubbelbadkar och soffgrupp. Servicen var utmÀrkt lisom den middag vi Ät. Man dukade dessutom upp frukost pÄ mÄndagsmorgonen vilket man informerat tidigare om att det inte skulle bli sÄ trots att vi tvÄ var de end gÀsterna.

Mycket trevlig personal. Ganska mjuka sÀngar men funkar bra för en natt. Trevlig liten kaffebuffe med hembakt nÀr vi checkade in. Fantastisk middag pÄ kvÀllen med kunnig servering. Det gav höga förvÀntningar inför frukosten men vi blev tyvÀrr besvikna. Tomma pÄlÀggsfat, ganska magert utbud pÄ bröd och varken frukt eller bÀr.

Lite dÄlig början men kanonavslut.

NÀr vi vid ankomst hÀnvisades till ett rum i ett annex utan utsikt var upplevelsen inte direkt pÄ topp det enda man sÄg var en parkering och trÀd. Men nÀr vi pÄtalade detta sÄ fixade hotellet ett annat rum dÀr vi blev mycket nöjda, kanon med vÀldigt bra service. Utsikten frÄn huvudbyggnaden Àr magnifik.
