En plats med förutsättningar

Oerfaren, ung personal ej effektiva och snabba. Mycket blev fel och de var ovetande. Incheckningen blev försenad trotts att tiden är 15.00 inte ok! Fick rummet 15.20 ingen kompensation dåligt! Städpersonalen skrek åt varandra i korridoren när vi kom upp till rummet otrevlig stämning. Inte så rent heller. Dörrarna smäller väldigt hårt och det låter då mycket när folk går in och ut varje gång. Inga sittplatser utanför hotellet, var tvungen att gå till SPA avdelningen med entrépriser för att sitta ute. Personalen på SPA avdelningen var väldigt trevliga och fint ställe. Dock skulle vattnet vara kallare alldeles för varmt också när det är närmare 30 grader ute. Maten och utsikten var det som gjorde stället bra. Snyggt på våningen vid restaurangen, inredning etc. Kärleken saknades.

Vackert men dålig service

Vi kom tidigt men fick besked att rummet garanterat var klart kl 15.00. Först kl 15.15 fick vi besked att rummet var klart och vi checkade in. När vi kom till rummet var städarna ännu inte klara, vi fick vänta utanför i ytterligare 10 minuter. Rummen hade ingen luftkonditionering och det var 28 grader varmt. När man stängde duschdörrarna i badrummet fick men knappt plats att vända sig. Dagen vi skulle checka ut kl 11.00 knackade städaren på redan 9.30. Vi bokade bussbiljetter till Dalhalla i receptionen men när vi skulle hämta ut dem fanns de inte. Tack vare en avbokning fick vi ändå biljetter till bussen. A/Cn i bussen funkade inte. Efter konserten på Dalhalla serverade hotellet enbart en vanlig varmkorv med bröd till hutlöst pris. Nere i spa fungerade inte låsen på skåpen i omklädningsrummen, vattnet i inomhuspoolen var över 30 grader varmt (det var 28 grader varmt i skuggan utomhus). Utomhus fanns bara bubbelpooler med ännu varmare vatten. Solstolarna och fotpallarna utomhus var svarta så fotpallarna som inte hade några dynor var så heta att man brände sig. Hotellet som byggnad är jättefint och det är en fantastisk utsikt över Siljan och omgivningarna. Frukosten var toppen med mycket frukt och grönsaker, korv, köttbuĺlar, pannkakor och våfflor men äggröran var blek och tråkig. Den enda kompensation vi fick var i spat av en jättetrevlig tjej för en småsak. Vi fick ingen kompensation för att rummen inte var klara eller för bristerna i spat. Vi kommer inte tillbaka.

Allt var bra utom när vi kom undrade jag om vi kunde dricka kaffe medan vi väntade på rummet men receptionisten svarade nej men hänvisade till ett konditori. Såg sen att det står en kaffemaskin ovanför trappan efter frukosten dagen därpå.😟

Personal, SPA och restaurang var 5 stjärnor och rummet var 2 stjärnor. Rummet var 80-tal, fuktigt utan utsug i badrum, utsikt mot soptunnor. Lyhört. Ingenstans att ställa nesesärer. Annars fint hotell.
