A very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with excellent nearby Spa and pool facilities. However, these facilities are expensive, even for paying hotel guests. We would have prefered to be able to enjoy the pool only, without having to pay the all-inclusive 250 SEK per person.

Fint hotell med fantastiskt läge. Spa:t är mysigt. Gott om härliga umgängesytor med sköna fåtöljer och soffor. Sängarna sköna. Vi fick ett rum med makalös utsikt över Siljan. Dock slitet med nötta ytskikt och handtag som hänger löst. Renoveringsbehov... Maten i restaurangen håller dock inte särskilt hög klass. Gott, men inte mer. Vi gjorde misstaget att åka samma helg som Rättviks marknad. Innebar att hotellet var fullt med stökiga gubbar som inte har koll på sin alkoholkonsumtion och tanter som inte kan kontrollera sin ljudnivå. Har varit där förr och trivts, mindre trivsamt med dessa element i restaurangen på kvällen och morgonen. Rummen är dock väl ljudisolerade, så när man väl stängt dörren är tystnaden ljuvlig.

Bra bemötande vid incheckningen, rummet, svit med bubbelbad, var mycket fräscht och rent. Spat kändes lite som att det var på standby, några varma bad, inget kallbad. Överlag fräscht och så hade vi tur med vädret. Återigen trevlig personal. Middagen var utsökt, bra vinlista och gott bemötande. Frukosten får extra plus för laktosfri äggröra.
