Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The area was kind of sketchy. There was a homeless camp right behind the property in the woods and people dumpster diving. However, they were in the middle of remodeling.

No elevator or pool (I don’t think either will be open in the foreseeable future). Room had a bed with clean sheets and running water. Was by no means extravagant, but it was good for a budget hotel stay on Gameday! TV had basic cable that got sports networks. If you want room service, this isn’t the spot for you. If you need a place to stay that isn’t $600 for a night and is close to the stadium you’re going to have a great time. There is space for a blow up mattress as well.

Elevators were not working. Had to push the room door hard to open. Smelly rooms. Bad smell. Not clean Swimming pool was out of order filled with filth. Not a nice place to stay. Not recommended at all.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I walked UP THE STAIRS to my room, and when I entered, I was REPULSED. The ceiling was CAVING IN, the shower was COVERED IN MOLD, the drapes were hanging OFF THE WALL. The minute I entered the room I WANTED TO LEAVE, and began LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, and promptly checked out. I should’ve known when the “rules” included NO PUKE OR BODILY FLUIDS to be left in the room -JTL

Place looked extremely abandoned. There wasn’t even housekeeping. I saw through one of the rooms and it had two holes in the wall. The room I booked the light in the bathroom was twitching and wouldn’t work. The sheets were smelly. The tv wasn’t even mounted to the wall and didn’t work. The place looked extremely dirty and uncared for. The pool is completely green and gross looking. Overall worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I would over return here again. They should take it down with a wrecking ball.

Loyalty Inn is a terrible hotel. It seemed like it in the constructions and then got nothing done right staff only one person to death and one person to clean the rooms and I’m surprised this thing was going so far they should be shut down. I don’t think they’re legit hotel.com. Need to take them off the list or anything. It’s a terrible place.

The front desk person was very rude, the room was nasty. there was a bunch of empty rooms that needed repairs. my room needed painting the paint was peeling there was no remote for the tv. No water pressure and the room was smelly

Not fantastic, but we survived. The front desk was very polite, and the room was as nice as it could be considering the age of the property. Props to whomever is keeping this place open, but it is definitely a "last resort" kind of stay.

I have never stayed anyplace with such conditions. Elevator down, pool down, ice machine down. Upon arrival had to make several call to check in. I did ask for a lower floor since the elevator was down, was told there was none. Got to room there was a dirty towel in the tub, room smelled weird, boxspring of bed was disgusting. Had to go back to front desk, wait again for service. Asked for a room change after the clerk tried to explain why the dirty towel was there as if I would stay there. NO. So now there is a room available. Claimed to have been a newly remodeled room. No toiletries, room smelled much better, toilet tissue had no spring roll so tissue has to rest on toilet top. Glad just one night. With all that's wrong still have the nerve to charge a security deposit.
