Clean room, amazing staff, breakfast could be better, very clean everywhere, they are always cleaning though out the day which is a 10+, wish tv had more channels but had my computer so it was fine. Very calm investment glad there was no kids screaming like most places so again 10/10

The location of the property is ideal, close to the Universities and everything was within a 15 minute drive. The staff was efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean, housekeeping comes every morning.The hotel itself can do with some upgrades; the door card readers took a while to open the door. It takes about 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to get hot. The coffee and hot was only hot at the start of the day. The breakfast options are minimal; it's a cart with water, muffins, breakfast bars, oranges and yogurt. I would recommend this hotel for a 2 or 3 night stay. The price per night is good compared to others in the area.

The staff was not welcoming at all, not during the check in nor the check out. Everything was old, visibly worn out and out dated. The beds and towels were clean. The bathroom wasnt the best, the shower bar was broken. Breakfast is muffins and fruits. I only stayed two days but that was too long.

Room was old, no plugs for phones and no outlets (110v) on wall. Staff was great 5 stars. Two sets of door keys would not work. Desk lady had it fixed after following us to the room and it still would not work. People next door returned to there room at 4:o5 am and were loud and arguing until i left a 7 AM. The police and fire were pulling in when i was loading my vehicle. But for something else. Parking was easy to amswer your question

The front desk lady did us an awesome favorite today! My daughter who attends FAMU left her wallet and keys attach at the hotel. We called her and she was able to get someone to get them and we pick them up! No problems at all, just quick actions! Great customer service!

The property is big but very dated. The room is musty and the carpet is old. Property is in need of a serious update. Breakfast is just muffins and cereal bags. Positive is location is great and lots of parking.
