Good hotel, need better cleaning personnel

Everything was excellent. Really friendly personnel, good food at restaurant. The only bad was bathroom was dirty.

speedy check in, polite. had an issue with the room we had and they immediately changed us, no issues. Restaurant was great for supper and breakfast buffet very good also. we would definitely stay there again. Fair value.

Worth a stop if passing through.

Hotel was clean, very accommodating, nice, breakfast, and a spectacular Venezuelan restaurant, Asadero La Forteaeza five blocks away on the head of Diagonal Street.

Air Conditioning Restrictions

I've stayed in this hotel many times over several years. This trip was the first trip where I experienced the inability to cool my room to the desired temperature. Although I had my temperature in the room set to 21.5 'C, the lowest the room would ever actually go was down to 23.5 'C, and the average temperature in the room was about 26 'C. The customer service agent told me that the hotel manages the temperatures they allow you to cool the room down to based on the air temperatures outside. So, when it is the hottest outside it is also the hottest in the room.

He notado un deterioro en el hotel, creo hace falta mantención y modernización. Lamentablemente la ropa de cama está muy muy mala. Áspera y malas almohadas. El staff, amables como siempre.

La reserva decía que los impuestos y gastos estaban incluidos, pero no fue así, por mas que insistí, me obligaron a pagar el IVA, y como no tenia mas tiempo debi cancelarlo, eso esta muy mal.

Me encantó la nueva línea de shampoo y jabón. Es mejor que la que tenían antes. Al menos en los otros hoteles Diego de Almagro en que he estado (Santiago aeropuerto). Sería bueno contar con bálsamo

En la oferta no está claro que no incluye iva y estando ahí no puedo rechazar , ya que a las 10 de la noche no bucearé otra alternativa Me cobraron dos veces el consumo de bebidas y snack, por suerte pedí boleta , cero disculpas

La tarifa era mas económica, pero tenía letra chica. El desayuno se pagaba aparte por lo que salió un poco mas caro que la tarifa normal. Es primera vez que pagamos el desayuno aparte en esta cadena de hoteles
