No cafe or breakfast available

If you’re looking for a bed to sleep in this is a great budget motel but if you’re looking to enjoy your holiday this is not the place. There is no breakfast or cafe as advertised and there are no food options around. I paid extra for a pool access room which was just a veranda area and the pool was down the other end. I do not recommend this place if you want to enjoy your stay.

We arrived from Nang Thong beach area to this hotel. We moved here to save some cash as we were going to be doing excursions and not being around the hotel much. Sadly this location is far from everything. Supper food choices are limited and cab into Khao Lak was pricy. The area has definitely fallen on hard times and the area isn’t very welcoming. Sadly there was a very bad squealing sound in our bathroom that unfortunately kept us awake in the night. There is not 24 hr. Front desk staff present at this location. I didn’t feel unsafe but do question safety if there was an issue. The hotel had an odd vibe … can’t really explain it. All in all I would not return - for a few extra baht I’ll choice to stay around Nang Thong on my next trip. Of interest if you do stay here make sure to go check out the morning market … this was a great experience!
