“DISGUSTING. The stench of mold and damp permeated every space and every floor. The elevator smell was the worst. Stains everywhere including the ceiling. This place hasn’t been maintained in probably 40 years. The whole area is falling apart and most buildings are abandoned. We couldn’t get out of here fast enough. I will be making a proper complaint with photos.”

“El hotel es precioso y muy cómodo. El servicio extraordinario pero no es un hotel que esté cerca de Niko. Nos tomó dos horas llegar al hotel desde Nikko station y varios cambios de transporte”

“First of all what is not told in the listings, when said it does not have river view, it means blocked windows by building 1meter away. it is an old hotel, so it has all the hallmarks of it, wear and tear. this hotel is tailor made for Japanese families that enjoyed half board in massive hall where 1000 people feast on the food provided, food was decent though. location of the hotel was good, interesting bridge over the canyon beside it.”

“Experiencia positiva para un Europeo en Japón. Habitación estilo japonés preciosa. Onsen público genial. El buffet de desayuno/cena increíble (con comida y cerveza/sake a voluntad). El ser casi el único estrangero genial. Personal del hotel muy atento. Puntos de mejora: Hay que tener personal en recepción que (1) hable fluidamente inglés; no fue el caso (2) que se explique mejor en el check-in las bases del hotel, como por ejemplo, que para ir al Onsen se va desnudo o que el albornoz es para ir...

“職員有禮態度親切，前台職員也有台灣和中國藉的員工幫忙和招待，房間整潔，連住兩晚早餐晚餐菜色都不一樣，食物質素不錯；想坐鬼怒川遊船但要早上08:30電話預約，因不懂日語要求職員幫忙，職員都盡力不停打電話幫忙預約，十分感激🙏對酒店質素和整體員工表現十分滿意！服務超出預期！十分開心”

“温泉が最高でした！雨が降っていたのでプールは入りたかったけど、諦めました。 夜本当は外食してから泊まる予定でしたが、時間がなくて、そのまま泊まりました。冷凍食品は豊富でしたが、やはり朝だけで良いな！と思いました。でも美味しかったてす。食事の時間に縛られることなく、自分の好きな時間で自由に食べれるのはすごく良かったです。何と言ってもコスパ最高です。ゆっくり温泉に入れたし、ビジネスホテルに泊まるよりずっといいと思います。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。”
