“As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...

“駅から近いので便利でした。 チェックインとチェックアウトを1台しかない機械で自分で行う時に、カウンターの担当者がカウンター中のモニターで操作情報をみていて、うまくできない場合にカウンター越しに画面上でどう操作するのか指示をするならば、直接カウンターで受け付けるべきだと思います。 2人同時に受け付けられる人員がいるのになぜ1台のセルフチェックイン/アウト機を1人ずつ使わせて様子を見ているのか疑問です。 混雑時に機械でできる人が使う様にしてカウンターにいるなら直接受け付けるようにするべきです。機械に行列ができても何もしないのは非効率です。”
