Great authentic experience! The accommodation is very clean, close to the bus station, and has great facilities (private thermal bath, ping pong table, laundry, etc). We enjoyed our stay.

部屋は和室で小綺麗でした。周りの音が聞こえるので、気になる方は安眠対策はあった方が良いかも。温泉はよかったです。マッサージチェアも使い放題。宿泊の翌日、上高地へ行く際には、車を停めたままにさせてもらえました。

満足です。客室もお風呂もお手洗いも、とても清潔に保たれています。新しい建物ではないと思いますが、清掃は徹底されているのだろうなと。貸切露天風呂の雰囲気、眺めも良かったです。無料マッサージチェアもありました。チェックインの方法は、予め動画で確認したら迷うことはありませんでした。また利用します。

Not so worth with the price because I have stayed better nearby. - no big bath towel - limited shower - no hot water for basin - check out time at 9am which is too early

It is ok as it is. But when I wanted to use the snack machine at down stair. It is not work. And I think it would have ping pong table there as I known before. But it was not available there. So, it a bit disappointed me. Anyway, the private onsen is really nice. We love it. Thank you
