Pros: Close to the city center. Many restaurants nearby. Easy check-in and out. Washer and dryer worked well. Laundry soap was provided. Great toilet and shower. Large apartment. Plates, forks, cups, dish soap, dish washing sponge were provided. Cons: When we arrived, we had to wipe down the table and floors to clean up oils and spots from the previous guests. When looking under the beds, it was apparent that the floor under the beds had not been cleaned in a long time, with dirt, dust, and some small pieces of trash under the beds. Parking lots are available less than 5 minutes away on foot, but they can be costly if you want to leave your car there during the daytime. There is a risk of having noisy neighbors, and it was a bit bothersome when neighbors walked loudly or laughed loudly.

The location is very convenient and the area is quiet. Since there is no parking place provided by hotel, you have to park around 5 mins away.
