“Easy and friendly check in. The room was clean, tidy, had what we needed and smelled really nice (small but important touch). Close to Takapuna, so made getting out and about easy. Will definitely stay again.”

I had a little issue with the receptionist and a room key card that stopped working right on 10.00am at checkout...leaving a couple of shoe items locked in the room.
