The host lives in the premise, so convenient and easy to access him. He was helpful with what we needed and arranged a taxi ride for us for the next day. He even brought breakfast for us because we requested vegetarian meals that's not on the regular menu. It's near the beach and a few shops. Overall, a good stay!

The staff were incredible! They went above and beyond helping me and even walking me through the steps for a train ticket. The son loves learning about foreign currency and he is super knowledgeable (please bring some unique coins for him if you have any 🤗). It was super nice learning about the unique differences in the currencies. Location is amazing and rooms are spacious and very clean. Very friendly for any traveler’s needs.

民宿老闆人很親切，老闆的兒子們也很可愛！ 民宿有提供周邊路線地圖，走去夜市逛逛也不會太遠，老闆也都會詢問需不需要幫忙叫車。房間乾淨舒適，民宿人員不會隨意進入客人房間，詢問毛巾是否會更換時老闆立刻就提供一份新的，非常感謝！另外，雖然這次沒有使用到，但民宿有提供腳踏車可供使用。整體來說，住了兩個晚上的感受非常不錯，相當推薦！

很乾淨舒適的住宿～推薦！！

住宿環境安靜 附近就有便利商店跟全聯 離熱鬧的正氣路很近 房間跟乾溼分離衛浴都非常乾淨 老闆很親切 推薦的藍寶紹興炒飯跟雅米早餐都很好吃！房內還有全身鏡跟化妝鏡 女生覺得很貼心很方便！有飲水機也有瓶裝水 備品跟衣架齊全～找不到缺點！

整體來說還不錯，老闆好聊也會介紹周邊美食和景點 還有會帶你進房及介紹環境設施的小朋友 美中不足的是雙人床是用兩單床併在一起的 不小心滾到中間時舒適度差了些 其他沒什麼問題有機會還會再來^^

我願意給9.9分！ 優點： 民宿老闆十分客氣又親切， 雖然民宿沒有停車場， 但是老闆會告知哪裡有免費停車的地方， 我是星期六入住也找的到車位！ 民宿有免費腳踏車， 前往台東市區覓食完全沒有問題， 民宿位置距離夜市也很近！ 除了房間內有礦泉水之外也有提供飲水機！ 吹風機風量足夠不是掛在牆壁上小支的那種， 可以一邊看電視一邊吹頭髮！ 缺點： 房間內會聽到很像是洗衣機的運轉聲音？ 或者是抽水馬達的聲音， 有些微影響到住宿體驗！ 除此之外一切都很棒！

CP值很高的住宿

非常推薦，以後來台東都要住這間！ 房間很乾淨，設備維護保持很新， 環境非常安靜，隔音不錯。 老闆很溫和健談，觀察敏銳， 跟他聊天覺得學到很多。 自行車可以免費騎， 離四維夜市和海濱公園都很近， 停車是路邊停車，算滿好停的，館內無電梯。

Amazing place to stay! Friendly and knowledgeable owner with great English. Love having bikes available to get around town. Walking distance to the ocean shore. Accesible by local bus from the train station. Taitung is a sleepy town anyways so very easy to walk everywhere

The homestay is tidy and clean! The wifi, hot water are strong and stable respectively. The 2 kids of the homestay act as the bosses, giving us a warm orientation regarding the facilities. awesome! Drinking water is supplied outside the room only。

1. 地理環境好。位置很好找，如其名成功路上66號，附近很多吃的，畫的停車位也多，腳踏車也提供外借。 2. 房間乾淨舒適。房間乾淨，進去還有股淡淡的香味，冷氣也很給力，最重要的是附上義大利進口的橄欖油沐浴露及洗髮精，洗完精神氣爽，這點值得鼓勵！ 3. 老闆親切而且非常熱情。老闆接待過來自許多國家的客戶，如果像我們第一次去的就被老闆的談吐深深吸引，並且有種隔年想再來的衝動！
