Complete self check-in property. Make sure you have a cellphone with active data (wifi). Nice properly, all stairs no elevator so keep that in mind with your luggage or any seniors that may be staying.

智能入住很不錯！check in/out沒有壓力! 我住B501 覺得很安靜，旅宿雖臨近鐵道，但高樓層對外其實挺安靜，火車經過時只有微微聲響還覺得很愜意。 對內稍微隔音不佳，當晚遇有其他住宿客幼童哭鬧聲 就滿醒腦ㄉ⋯⋯ 設施對比住宿費用其實很實惠，是會考慮有機會再到台東小旅行可以再訪。 個人覺得沐浴乳洗髮乳很讚！我是個都會自攜洗髮乳的人，太澀的我寧可改用自己的。但它的洗髮乳很ok 完全滿意！ 以上小小分享～

環境優美、算好停車、雖然離鐵道近 在睡覺的時候會有摩軌的聲音 不過窗戶隔音還可以聲音還蠻小聲的 如比較淺眠的朋友也別擔心 店家有貼心提供耳塞可以使用 房間格局算方正整體不會感到侷促 以這個價位來說無可挑剔了

旅店距離火車站近，附近也有少許餐廳

房內空間舒適，check in 迅速。原本打算去鐵花村吃晚餐，但去市區還是得開車，開車的人開台東一整天也很累了，幸好旅店附近還是有幾間餐廳步行會到，我們就走去附近吃晚餐，還不錯 ~

不知道是不是皮膚較為敏感，還是床鋪不乾淨，整晚都在翻來覆去的抓癢，另外對聲音比較敏感的話靠近鐵路的房型可能需要多考慮一下，雖然店很貼心家有準備耳塞，但火車行駛過程中鐵軌發出的尖銳聲還是會讓人不舒服，其他的都還不錯地理位置也很好

房間跟照片一模一樣，且非常乾淨，房間也有䁔氣，非常舒適，雖然入住那晚有跳電，但屋主不到5分鐘即來處理，讓人安心，且屋子不在主幹道上不會吵雜，車聲也很少，很建議大家來住
