提供免費腳踏車，到森林公園、海濱公園或鐵花村都極其便捷。附近5分鐘腳程內即有7-11及全聯，還有一家不錯的早餐店及幾家小吃店，生活機能相當優良。老闆及其家人十分nice，可免費載房客到台東火車站搭火車。另外，透過此民宿租車自駕，有9折優惠。四人房整潔乾淨，空間寬敞，空調、熱水、電燈及插頭等設備齊全、功能佳，是適宜優閒度假的良好居所。
