Front Desk is extremely helpful. Their service is one of the best I had. Extremely polite too. The basement chilling area is great too! Room is spacious and as per photos. Bathroom is awesome with the bathtub.

The basement facility or lounge had some refreshments and snacks (games and kid area) that were nice. My air conditioning just was not working properly. It couldn't get warm but the staff was nice to provide a portable heater. The water kettle was also not working after too. For the price I paid I just wished the room had better working equipment. Otherwise if it was lower price I wouldn't complain. Location is convenient and close to many dining and transportation options.

Handicapped bathroom

Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. Recommend to put a shower curtain to prevent water splashing to the rest of the bathroom creating slip and fall hazard and still providing easy handicapped accessible function.

Have mix feelings. On one hand was the staff efficient and amazing . The room I had was old and needed renovating. Desk was broken and wobbly and furniture needing repair. Carpets were a bit worn as well. Luckily I was out most of the time, but the bed was firm and amazing. Water pressure was questionable. I don’t quite understand why so many people gave it such rave reviews.

Not coming back

The hotel isn't bad, but my room was too small, the floor have some pieces missed. There is only one small drawer on the left but nothing on the right. The double bed was formed by 2 mattresses and for that reason have an uncomfortable space in the middle. Oversize tv for the room too close to the bed. Bathroom with just one small hanger. The basement wasn't bad, there is free water coffee and tea. I think is good for 1 or 2 night but no more.

チェックインは午後3時以降で、今回のように往路が羽田発早朝便の場合、空港から直行すると正午前には着いてしまい、フロントに荷物を預けて待つことになる。但し、新北・台北エリアの同種のタイプのホテルやインはチェックイン時刻を午後7時前後に設定しているところも珍しくなく、不便さはないと思う。

Easy inexpensive transport from airport on one bus with very short walk (bus 1819). We booked a large double room and the space is good. Reliable hot water, frig and electric kettle in room - great! Fab area full of shops and eateries. The hotel and room are a bit worn, which I mention because that matters to some. However it's clean and very good for me. Would stay again.

台湾に上陸した台風の影響で到着が1日遅れました。 予約を取り消さないでほしいとメールしたところすぐに返事をいただいて安心しました こういった事態のときにレスポンスが早いホテルは大変有難いです 地下鉄駅にも近く、近隣は多くの美味しいお店もそろっているので楽しく過ごすことができました ただ防音性は低いです

The property is very nice and warm for visitors. It has an activity room in the basement. My kids loves the free drinking and massage chair. The location is convenient to many sightseeings vis MTR. It is walkable to the NingXia night market.
