The place is terrible. The room is dirty and smelly. They use the air conditioning to dry the whole floor, but it doesn’t work. The location is good and close to the subway. Other than that, a terrible hotel.

Easy inexpensive transport from airport on one bus with very short walk (bus 1819). We booked a large double room and the space is good. Reliable hot water, frig and electric kettle in room - great! Fab area full of shops and eateries. The hotel and room are a bit worn, which I mention because that matters to some. However it's clean and very good for me. Would stay again.

The property is very nice and warm for visitors. It has an activity room in the basement. My kids loves the free drinking and massage chair. The location is convenient to many sightseeings vis MTR. It is walkable to the NingXia night market.

Based on this hotel in densely populated Shuanglian area, you can quite easily go shopping around all major sites including "Big 3" department stores -- Sinkong Mitsukoshi, Taipei 101 and Eastern SOGO -- as well as towering malls like Breeze, Eslite or Qsquare. Recommended for all zealous shoppers but also for Taipei explorers.

Falsely advertised free laundry room, free breakfast, and free off-property wifi-- none offered. Staff excellent and location good. Room walls and ceiling, divider shade, sink, and bathroom all ridden with mildew that could be easily cleaned with bleach water solution. Tub leaked onto floor as caulking faulty and mildewed. Laundry room smelled very, very musty due to dirty washing machine interiors.

The basement facility or lounge had some refreshments and snacks (games and kid area) that were nice. My air conditioning just was not working properly. It couldn't get warm but the staff was nice to provide a portable heater. The water kettle was also not working after too. For the price I paid I just wished the room had better working equipment. Otherwise if it was lower price I wouldn't complain. Location is convenient and close to many dining and transportation options.

The room and bed were spacious and perfect. The only problem was that the security box did not work and the TV remote control switch and the receiver switch did not respond well to pressing them and showed a message saying "no signal received". I wish there was an operating manual. There is an MRT station nearby, and there are many convenience stores such as 7-Elevens nearby, so you won't have any trouble.

Handicapped bathroom

Front desk is always friendly and very helpful. We have a handicapped accessible room where the shower is open to the rest of the bathroom without any door or separation. It’s fantastic for those who are handicapped but whole bathroom is wet once the shower is used. Recommend to put a shower curtain to prevent water splashing to the rest of the bathroom creating slip and fall hazard and still providing easy handicapped accessible function.
