It is very good price consider the location, so you need to lower your expectation. Cleanliness, room condition…just lower your expectation. They have a coffee machine in the reception which is very cool.

中山駅と双連駅の2駅に徒歩でアクセスできる立地は良かった。 窓のない部屋で、古い造りで部屋自体も老朽化していた。 空調なのか夜中にガタッと急に音がなるのが気になった。日本のビジネスホテルと比較すると、小汚い古い部屋でこの金額か…という印象をもった。

とにかくスタッフが素晴らしいです。 林森北路沿いを少し入ったところにありますが 本当に静かでコンビニ、コインランドリー、有名な朝食屋さん、居酒屋も多く朝市で有名な雙蓮も10分くらいで行けるので最高です

今回初めて４泊しました。立地の良さと安い宿泊費で選びましたが、口コミ等読んであまり期待しては居ませんでした。期待通り？ガタのきたエレベーター、平均以下の部屋でした。 しかし、早めの到着にも関わらず気持ち良く受け入れて貰い、又４日間の出入りの際のスタッフの対応は、どのスタッフも大変気持ちの良いものでした。 チェックアウトの際も、荷物を気持ち良く預かって貰い、4泊とはいえ、最後は手を振ってのお見送りでした。 部屋がもう少し良くなればと思いつつ、機会が有ればまた利用しようと思います。 MRT中山駅や隣の新光三越（鼎泰豊が有る）、NRT双蓮駅から寧通夜市や迪化街へも歩いても行けなくは無い立地は大変便利です。
