This place surprised us. From outside it looks ruined down, but once you find the hotel on the 10th floor it is nice. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The house keeping was the best. Our room was kept clean and free water bottles every day. They have a free coffee tea which was very appreciated. The room was a good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hot shower was very nice as well. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Room was very clean. Front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Had a small issue with a light not turning off but the front desk solved it even at 1 am! However, the hotel is VERY hard to find. Otherwise, great location and staff!

I travelled a lot and seldom write any comment. However, this experience is so special! I was disappointed when I found the building with a dirty entrance. The check in lobby is at the 10th floor. However, I was thrilled when the door of the elevator opens, I was greeted with a lovely lift lobby! Very friendly team, clean and comfortable room, good price. friendly staff, lots of yummy food nearby. Would certainly stay again next time.

建築物太殘舊 令室內霉味比較重，睡一晚感覺自己都有相同味道。空調要運行比較久時間才涼爽，要升級設備或者裝潢要再改善一下。 地板也感覺不太乾淨 唯一好處就是地理方便而已 有改善感覺會好很多

繁華街のド真ん中にあるホテルで、とても観光向きで良いと思いました。入り口を探すのに手間取りましたが、慣れて仕舞えば問題はないです。西門町の人気のお店がたくさんあるエリアですし、部屋も清潔で広くてとてもよかったのでまた利用をしたいです。
