Jiufen stay especially in Windsor's was an amazing experience. Sitting in that humble lovely room staring directly out at the horizon!! Perfect Mingsu for sure!! The owners were quick with responses and extremely accomodating. This is our first homestay in Jiufen and have decided to return to Jiufen for our every annual Taiwan trip! :)

Nice property, excellent view. The owner very patiently guided our driver to find the meeting point, then they led us to find the property. They also helped us to arrange a taxi next morning to go back to Taipei. Simple but tasty breakfast delivered to the door.

Truly amazing place - 10 out of 10

10 out of 10, rarely I’ve had such high expectations after seeing the pictures from the place. It blew my mind and definitely one of the great ones. Memories created here will last for a very long time. Thanks for the great service during our stay - and also arranging a 5 hour sightseeing with a friendly and passionate taxi driver taking us to Jiaoxi (our next stop).

Clean, beautiful decorated spacious room with killer views . What else can you ask for a relaxing night away from the city ! Nothing much to do in Jiufen but if you’d like to chill for a day this place is perfect .

Stayed here for 1 night. Stunning view. Clean room. Very tourist friendly & good for first timers in Taiwan. Will pick up your luggage from bus stop to your room and recommend things to do in area. Breakfast is included and delivered to your room. Will coordinate through WhatsApp a day before for smooth check in. Room is on a quiet road but only 3 minute walk to the main alleyway/tea house. Recommended stay in Jiufen.

The hotel is right in the Jiufen Old Street, so it was very convenient. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good views from the window. Do note that if you are driving, the parking lot is about 10-min walk. The staff can help you carry the luggage on motorcycle, but you have to walk. Overall, very good experience.

Beautiful space with excellent hosts. A basic breakfast was included every morning and was hand delivered to us. The host was very helpful and communicative, even transported our luggage from the taxi area to the room. Although there was a water leak in one of our rooms due to the heavy rains, the hosts were very quick to help us out. The view from the building is absolutely stunning, and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jiufen.

Everything perfect!

We stayed for 4 nights in the “Family Room” and everything was perfect. The hosts were eager to help with anything and really went above and beyond. The unit itself is fantastic with an even better view than any of the restaurants in town that are known for having great views (so make sure you plan a meal to bring back takeout). The location also can’t be beat and is at the end of Jiufen Old Street. It’s just past the most crowded areas so it’s perfect for easy access to the best spots but far enough away once it’s time to relax. Check out the plum wine place across the alley too. They will let you sample and they also sell bottles of vodka and whiskey if you’re looking for a nightcap while enjoying one of the best views in town from the privacy of your own room. We would 100% recommend Windsor and would love to stay again in the future!
