  • Q Square mall-- not exactly a tourist destination (there are many malls in Taipei) but it's a nice mall located close to Taipei Main station (Metro/MRT) if you're looking to escape the heat. Huge food courts here too with lots of options (and obviously shopping). This mall also has a movie theatre, which shows mostly American movies (but cheaper). It's also about a 10-15 walk to the historic Dihua street, one of the oldest areas of the city which was once the main market area (still lots of interesting shops there that cater to the local...good photo opps too with some older buildings)

The hotel's location is convenient and easily accessible. While the surrounding area can be a bit noisy and vibrant, it's close to Nakayama Station and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The accommodations are clean and well-maintained. I personally found the price to be very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same class. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during my stay.

Great location!

Great location, walkable to lines blue, red and green. Bus stops are also convenient and it is close to the main station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is not provided by the hotel, they give you tickets to redeem at two restaurants. The area is safe.

once you step into the hotel you could smell the very unpleasant moldy smell and the whole entire hotel smell the same . but it was located at a very good location.

It was super difficult to find the hotel! The room was probably one of the smallest I’ve stayed, but it was clean! I only recommend just one person unless you want to fight with your travel partner!

The room assigned turned out that the toilet had problem after the 1st night. Then we got replace to a suite with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms until the end . Best deal ever. Location is very convenient

The hotel is small. The rooms are very small and simple. If you have Claustrophobia, I don't recommend it. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The area has a large selection of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distances.

Friendly staff, cool surrounding (lots of shops and interesting places very close). The rooms had windows but no view as they lead to a closeby wall. There is a red lamp in each room that shines all night and cannot be turned off as it is part of the fire alarm system.

The reception staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. While it wasn't explicitly stated on the Agoda website, we were pleasantly surprised to find that some of the receptionists were fluent in Japanese. This was incredibly helpful when my husband left his phone in an Uber taxi, as one of the staff members assisted us in communicating with the driver and we were able to retrieve the phone on the same day. The room was comfortable and impeccably cleaned. One thing to note is that the hotel is situated next to a karaoke bar, which may result in some noise during the night.

The staff were helpful and the location is very convenient. The room was quite small and the amenities were limited — there was no kettle or full-length mirror. The hot water was also a bit unstable. Noise was another issue; I could hear running water and even my neighbour using the bathroom. I understand it's a budget hotel, but it was still a bit disappointing. I would probably pay a little more next time for a more comfortable stay.

Conveniently located hotel within walking distance of Zhongshan station in central Taipei This hotel is situated within walking distance of Zhongshan Station, right in the heart of Taipei. The surrounding area is very convenient, with a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. It’s just one stop from Taipei Main Station, making it a practical choice for sightseeing. The rates are also relatively affordable. While breakfast is not available within the hotel itself, guests can choose from two nearby restaurants to enjoy their morning meal.
