The room was tightly. Work great for 2-3 people. Amazing view from the room. Cons: hard to find and travel light as not big luggage friendly. No elevator and it is on the third floor.

Ok small, compact room. In a good location not too far from the Old road - however initially we found it hard to find. We only traveled with small backpacks which was fine, however you would need a taxi with packs/bags! Overall, ok accommodation a night & for the price.

Off the beaten path, but not too far off, Twilight House is a beautiful & comfortable Japanese-inspired getaway. I'm so glad I experienced Jiufen this way! One thing to note, though, is that it is NOT easy to find this place -- arriving during the daytime is strongly recommended. (Note to owners: including a specific map pinpoint would be very helpful, as the current video walkthrough system is very confusing and only really works if you can also find the starting point for the video!)

Very Disappointing and Frustrating Experience Our stay was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and a lack of transparency. The location was not clearly explained when we made the reservation, and the hotel signage was confusing and misleading, making it difficult to even identify the property. During our stay, we experienced a power outage and had no water, meaning we couldn’t even shower. We were left without basic necessities and had to stay in the dark for the entire night. This was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. What made the situation even worse was the communication from management. During the outage, we were told that we could cancel the reservation without any penalties. We relied on that information, only to later be told that they would not refund our money. The entire experience was a complete mess, from the confusing location and misleading signage to the power outage, lack of water, poor communication, and the refusal to honor what we were originally told about the cancellation and refund. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. Management seriously needs to improve its communication, transparency, and the way it handles emergencies and guest concerns.

整體來說不錯，不過除濕機還有冰箱運轉的聲音蠻大聲的，熱水來蠻快的，隔音方面感覺有一些差，似乎隱約聽到其他房客的說話聲以及拉紗門的聲音，風景建議再往上走幾層有個陽台可以看到全部的風景，樓層感覺算蠻高的

หาที่พักและขนของมาลำบาก ต้องเรียกรถเท่านั้นถ้าไม่ต้องการแบกของขึ้นไป หาที่พักยากนิดนึง เพราะหมู่บ้านบนจิ่วเฟิ่นค่อนข้างซับซ้อน คนที่พักควร add line ทีพักไว้ก่อนเพื่อติดต่อ เขาจะให้ความช่วยเหลือได้เต็มที่มากๆ และนี่คือข้อสำคัญที่สุด!
