The Tango Taipei Jiantan is situated in a quiet area, conveniently close to the night market as well as the parks for walking and hiking. The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful! It was a nice experience staying at The Tango Taipei Jiantan.

We stayed for 10 days in early March. The hotel is across the street from MRT station. The hotel is clean, well maintained, in a safe area. There are two hot pot restaurants 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable and polite.

The property is in a very convenient location, right next to Jian Tan MRT station. The staff at the hotel is really nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the Nanobubble hot spring in the room. The room is really quiet and has nice view. Highly recommend this hotel!

Good place to stay near mrt.

The best feature of this hotel is its location. Mrt in front & close to Shilin night market. This hotel is above the average & charges more than the average hotel. Rooms are well furnished, though not big, are decent in size & well appointed. Breakfast was great. Especially their focaccia & scallion rice. Understand they change their menu quarterly. A comfortable stay.

The property is in a good location, very close to a MRT station, and close to many restaurants and one of the famous Night Markets. Check in and out quick, Breakfast available. The Suite we had was very clean although the sofa area was a touch on the small size. However it did have 4 TV’s! It is a High Tech hotel with just about everything activated by the touch of a button - even the toilet ( actually many many buttons - with no transaction available! - so select your button wisely and expect some surprises if you are not used to a ‘ ‘ Smart’ loo! Staff were efficient and helpful although don’t expect them to be fluent English speakers. That said they do try

Hotel staff does not understand the word service. No smile, no one opened the door, etc etc. when checking in, all we were told was when to check out. In the morning, got a call at 10:30 to inform that check out is in 30 minutes. The hotel facilities itself was fine. Pool and hot tubs were closed for maintenance so no comments there. Best part was the convenient location. There are better options out there worth checking out

A little disappointed

Stayed here before in 2019 & was truly impressed so I came back with family this time. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights in their Power Studio. Reception was a tad cold & staff were not very helpful even though they weren’t busy. It seems they have only 2 toilet cubicles in separate location in the lobby & not easy to find. Some of the charging ports in the room were not working properly. The TV in the bathroom was also not working. Only after my complaint, did they give me a remote controller to activate it the next day. The room was nice & clean as I remember it. Breakfast is now a semi buffet with a choice of fixed main plus a small buffet spread. Cafe staff were friendly & breakfast was delicious. Hope I’ll have a better experience next time if I do come back.
