Only disappointment was that, despite the posting on Expedia, there are no onsite laundry facilities. They offer a laundry "service" that only covers a limited number of undergarments. So we had to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes.

The hotel was a highlight of our Taiwan trip. The helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and zero water leak issue in the bathroom made our stay comfortable. The washer/dryer was a great convenience, especially in the hot climate of Taipei. The hotel’s location in a bustling area with nearby convenience stores and restaurants was convenient, though the subway stations were a 10-15 minute walk away. The glass wall of the bathroom was a minor downside. Overall, it’s a great hotel to stay in.
