Overall, we had a good stay. The property was clean, simple, and very conveniently located. There is a FamilyMart around the corner, a 7-Eleven about a minute away, and a Hi-Life across the street. We booked one of the cheaper small rooms for two people with a window. The room was comfortable, but space is limited, so I recommend bringing no more than two suitcases if possible. Four would make the room quite crowded. The room had the basic amenities, including a refrigerator, but it is only for keeping food and drinks cool and does not have a proper freezer. A few things could be improved. One of our two key cards had a plastic/sticker layer that was starting to peel off. Also, the regular power outlet worked, but the USB-C and USB charging ports did not provide any power and may need to be checked. The shower also took a while to reach a hotter temperature. The display showed the water temperature, but heating from around 30–35°C to 40°C was fairly slow. We stayed for about a week and appreciated the “Do Not Disturb” light, since we preferred not to have housekeeping enter our room. Overall, these were minor issues and did not negatively affect our stay. The room was clean, the location was excellent, and it was good value for the price.

Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, efficiently designed. The bed was excellent—always a pleasant surprise in a hotel. The desk was simple, but very useful. Suggestion: two rolls of toilet paper instead of just one, and something to put luggage on in the closet space.

今回で3回目の利用でしたが、冷房が効きすぎて非常に寒かった。設定温度を変更しても温度調整できない。　また、宿泊中の1日で夜停電があり、数時間復旧されず、外は雨だし暗い中で何もできなかった。何かしらの説明があってもよかったのではと思う。

台北駅M8出口からもほど近く、近くには新光三越やコンビニ、朝ごはんのお店などがあり非常に便利。 建物全体がホテルなので閉塞感もなく過ごしやすかった。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズ。壁の薄さも特に感じなかった。 エレベーターが1台のみだったのが少し不便かもしれないが、非常によい滞在だった。

日本語は通じませんでしたが、チェックイン時のホテルの説明や質問には英語で丁寧に対応いただきました。スタッフの方がとても親切で安心できました。フロントは開放的で、フロアも部屋もとても清潔に保たれていました。清掃のタイミングや冷蔵庫のドリンク補充も十分にしていただきました。 少し残念だったのは、エレベータはカードキーがないと乗ることは出来ませんが、私が滞在したフロアにフリーのトイレが設置されており、階段を使えば誰でも建物内に入ることができたこと。 次回の台北滞在時にまた利用させていただきたいです。
