Excellent location with plenty of greenery around. The hotel is easily accessible via multiple MRT lines and bus routes. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived a bit before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to receive my room early — a great relief after a long trip. The complimentary breakfast throughout my stay was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Loved my stay here! The room was clean and modern-looking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great view of Taipei 101 from my room. It’s about a 6–8 minute walk to the nearest station. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taiwan!

Room was spacious, bright and clean, great for family. Staffs were super nice, friendly and very helpful. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast as well. Only small thing was that the walls are a bit thin that we could hear the guests next room talking at night. Besides that, very highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Sonnien as we were satisfied with our stay of 9 nights in 2024. The first room assigned to us was extremely small and it was labelled as a Superior Queen room. The Expedia site did not indicate it was a much smaller room compared to the Standard Double which we booked in 2024. After two nights putting up with the small room we finally asked to be switched to the same room type in 2024 as we still had 6 additional nights. Room admin person was very kind and nice and helped us with that.
