Clean room, right across bus stop, maybe 5-10 minute to nearest metro station. Breakfast included was a plus, only slight changes from day to day but mostly the same. Very courteous staff. They provide 2 bottles of water each day if you allow for room service. Nice sized room. Mostly quiet. Good central location with ximending on one side and Taipei 101 on the opposite side of the hotel's location. No gym. No Pool. Pillows softer than my liking. Overall good and pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Excellent location with plenty of greenery around. The hotel is easily accessible via multiple MRT lines and bus routes. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. I arrived a bit before check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to receive my room early — a great relief after a long trip. The complimentary breakfast throughout my stay was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Loved my stay here! The room was clean and modern-looking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great view of Taipei 101 from my room. It’s about a 6–8 minute walk to the nearest station. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taiwan!

The hotel was right next to the police station, and we felt very safe around the hotel. The room was clean and they had decent breakfasts. The people at the front office were nice, and some of them spoke both Japanese and English. We will book here again.
