Excellent hotel: convenient location, first-rate service, and plenty of dining options. Room was comfortable and clean with very good housekeeping staff. Hotel is right next to a metro station and walkable to the main train station. Hotel staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. The hotel has several excellent restaurants, and there are good dining and coffee options around the hotel as well.

Beautiful Room and attentive staff! We booked this trip last minute when our flight was cancelled due to a typhoon. We choose the hotel due to the proximity to historic sites and ease of transportation. Definitely would like to stay here again if we are able to come back!

We had a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful despite some language barrier. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and not too expensive. We had a problem with the room next door being too noisy, too late and the issue was dealt with promptly. Hotel very centrally located.

The front of house staff is not polite and not helpful at all. This is not a 5 start hotel experience. Middle of the night had to move room due to noise and did not even ask on my check out or say sorry. This is more a 3 start hotel with the whole experience

Hotel itself is nice. Breakfast is also nice. However, not much to do in the area. You have to take a train anywhere. Plus, I was disappointed with the restaurants. The dinner buffet pricey and was not great . Also, the steakhouse, even though I did not try was extremely expensive 130 dollars for steak.

I had a pleasant stay here with my family. The check-in and check-out was convenient, no overcharge or problem. The staff was very friendly and speak English. When we encounter leaky faucet, we told the cleaning staff, they fix it right away. Breakfast buffets were awesome, asian and western food. MRT was on the same block. We will stay here again.
