可能真的很老舊、且缺工維護管理，一進房菸味霉味超重 各種設施也都陳舊斑駁、許多地方積灰塵 隔音很差，晚上會聽到一些噪音~ 一大早外面的摩托車喇叭聲也很清楚 唯一可嘉許的是入口櫃檯的大姊還算熱心客氣 當晚因為家裡不方便回去 因此臨時訂房入住想說有地方睡就好 但沒想到加上稅金2000多塊會這麼糟糕... 以後會學乖訂貴一點的飯店

各位好，第3晚睡前，已經是晚上11點半。聽到樓上仍然發出很嘈雜聲音，應該是小朋友玩耍，拉檯，追逐等，相信是酒店隔音比較薄。記起，當check in 時，前台服務員服務都好，有笑容。但當我們退房後，要請前台幫忙預約計程車時，服務員態度比較冷漠，可能同時都有幾組客人在約車，又約不到車，所以，有點不耐煩表現出來了。整體都可以。謝謝。

旅館後台問題查詢不到預訂訂單，讓人空等超過半小時，最後發現他們早就把資料印出來，但是寫錯日期，卻連句抱歉或不好意思都沒有，房間內電燈沒有辦法關，打第一次電話櫃台不接，第二次說會來處理，結果一小時過了都沒人來，打第三通電話才來處理，這是我最糟糕的一次住宿經驗
