The great and kind staff, the location and clean rooms are what is best about this hotel. We have been here many times and love that there is water and coffee at all times in the breakfast area when we come back from all our adventures. The central location on the MRT red line really save us time too.

We stayed for 4 days. The hotel is closed to the transit The first impression is that the hotel is a bit dated. However, the room is spacious and spotless clean. Staffs are courteous. If they can improve breakfast items, it will be great.

This hotel is affordable, have a great friendly staff and a great location. Dongmen MRT station is close with the red and orange line intersecting here. The orange line gives you access to the green and blue line easily. This saves time traveling around the city. Bathrooms are clean and the cafe lounge is accessible during the day to drink coffee. Not many hotels have a cafe lounge where you can chill out in the afternoon.

Super convenient location in one of the nicest parts of Taipei, close to Dongmen station. The staff was helpful, and the room was kept very clean, with complimentary water and snacks.

This is the best hotel that I've ever stayed while traveling internationally. Having stayed here for 2 weeks, I can attest to how reliable the staff's professionalism is, the breakfast variety, etc. First of all, the staff. The staff is always friendly, helpful, competent and professional! They were all excellent! This includes housekeeping. All services were consistently excellently performed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food each day, and changed from day to day. The breakfast area was always very clean too. And the lady that primarily was there, was so friendly! The room was huge and clean! It's the biggest room I ever had internationally, including other Asian countries, Europe and Turkey. It was very comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is safe feeling, great location and plenty of food options.
