The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Taipei station, ximending and some other attractions. The staff are nice and friendly. The cleanliness is good. I ordered the Deluxe Quadruple Room but the balcony is not accessible. No hangers in the bathroom which is inconvenient. Overall it is a good hotel for tourists.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and rooms look great. We stayed here twice while in Taiwan while doing a weekend in another city, the hotel looked after our luggage during this time so we could just take a small bag with us. Both stays we had our room upgraded. The rooms were bigger than most other hotel rooms, as was the shower. Appreciate the free water in the lobby. Location is great, stairs right outside connecting to Taipei main station through a shopping mall, less than 10 minute walk to get to the platform. Walking distance to Ximen and Ningxia night market - we would bring food back to eat in the hotel where they having a seating/dining area. 100% would stay here again.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the Taipei Main Station and the airport express train station. It is also a new hotel with spacious rooms and good amenities. This hotel was super conveniently located. It was right by the train station and there were many shops around. The staff were super helpful with all of our requests and made staying an extra night as easy as possible. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

The snacks bar idea is awesome. It’s quiet and safe with very friendly and helpful staff. Room is modern and clean with a lot of USB charging stations. Flexibility with luggage storage before and after check in is a big plus. Thanks for making my first vacation in Taipei memorable and I’ll definitely be back for my future trips to Taipei.
