Great location near the Metro and across from the park. Staff are super friendly and considerate. Breakfast was adequate except the coffee could be less watery. My main complaint was the smell of the moldy air throughout the hotel — this is a struggle for many hotels in Taipei where it’s just very humid and it’s hard to keep things dry, especially heavy carpeting.

The hotel had a lot of charm and surprises with a great view of the Da'an Park. Breakfasts were delicious with so many great choices. Love the Rido! The location is superb and extremely close to Daan Park MRT. Make sure you ger a room overlooking the park as the view is gorgeous. Only slight negative is breakfast. Not nearly enough variety though downstairs dining room has been nicely modernized Too bad really as everything else about our stay was 10/10. So much so that we're going back next week!
