The hotel is very clean, quiet and in a great location. The staff is helpful and patiently explained how to find things. Free drinks and snacks is a great touch. It is an easy walk to shopping, MRT train and lots of great restaurants and people around. The MRT was easy to figure out coming from the airport. That can save you money and a fun ride. I’ll definitely book this hotel next time I come.

This is our go-to hotel in Ximen. A smaller, quiet property steps to Ximen station and the ximending shopping area. Room are a bit bigger than standard Japanese business hotel, quiet/soundproofed, and staff are very helpful with any questions. My rate included breakfast options at Louisa cafe or Mos burger 5/10 minute walk away. Lots of dining options day and night, across the street from a 7-11, massage parlor next door. I can’t think of any cons. Rooms and sheets changed daily. Laundry machines available. Skip the metro from the airport and take the limo bus- which drops you off just around corner on the main road at ximen station, and save yourself the hassle of handling luggage and transfers at Taipei main station. LGBTI friendly.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, but my experience was excellent. Checking was very easy, it's very convenient to Transit, the room was everything I needed, a comfortable bed a hot shower. Staff there were excellent. I'll definitely return in the future

This hotel is brilliant

A very well run hotel in a central location All amenities provided at this gem of a hotel. The free treats like ice lollies is a nice touch but the staff are also highly professional and extremely friendly. I read reviews that describe the rooms as small, I fiound them to be of a good size and i was impressed with its decor, newness and layout. Its very clever how they use space here.I had access to everything I needed.

Excellent choice in a newer facility steps from ximen. Lots of dining options downstairs including 24 hour options. Room is small (Japanese/Asian standard) but very clean and modern. Just not much room to open two luggage at once. But compared to other options in ximen, this is an excellent brand/choice. Decent soundproofing and excellent water pressure and a/c. Douglas (thinner male) at the front desk during the day and early evening hours, was extremely helpful and reflects some of the best customer service my partner and I encountered in Taipei.

This is at least my third stay at this hotel, and I would certainly go back. The staff are always helpful the rooms aren't large but they're everything I need, the hotel is kept very clean and the location is perfect for my needs.
