Each room and level has its theme. I am quite happy with room conditions, pillows are a bit soft. queen size bed is a combined of two single beds. surrounding is quiet at night, but is convenience: two 24hours convenient store are at the same street. 10min less walking distance to Taipei Station (MRT) and its underground shopping. 15min walk to XiMenDing.

The location is great. 5 mins walk to Taipei Main Station, 5 mins walk to the bus stop of shelter bus to Jiufen. Across the street thereโ€™s family mart. The staff are all helpful too. I lost my phone on the bus, and when someone called the hotel and said they found my phone, the staff helped me write down the address of where I should pick my phone up since I donโ€™t speak Chinese. One thing that concerned me is the wall a lil bit thin. You can hear people talking from inside the room (and vice versa).

Location is fantastic as it is walkable to many restaurants and the metro station. The building is old and the room is tiny. Be warned banks close at 3 pm and only open from Monday to Friday. But money can be exchanged at a nearby mall.
