world class fee wanted with so so service provided, don't expect too much or you will be disappointed. Same level of fees as Four Seasons and Capella but not the same class. Breakfast has many choices, but all tasted ordinary. MO TPE sort of make you felt they just want money money money, but service you can wait. Good luck with it. Gym and sauna were all so small, not so comfortable.

The reception manager (she wore a dark jacket and I wish I had written down her name) was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We had a very early departing flight and she made sure that we had a taxi and a morning snack with warm beverages to take for the ride to the airport. She made an effort to connect with us in a warm and congenial way that was above and beyond!
