I appreciate the free coffee and snacksโ€ฆ room was ok, i like it that the tv is a smart tv, bed was comfy. Terrace could have been cleaner and maintained. The hotel is within a building in Kunming, so you would need to take an elevator to arrive at the respective floors specific to the hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff were helpful, kind, and courteous. They have free snacks and drinks in their lobby, and there is also a rack for umbrellas right at the elevator waiting area where you can leave your umbrella or borrow(?) the ones provided there. The hotel room and bathroom were overall clean. The room seemed newly renovated, so the it initially smelled like wood. However, some spots still seem quite unfinished. Still, the room is spacious and pleasant to stay in. The bathroom also looks new, but the toilet's flush is a bit loose and the shower head is stuck facing the wall, so you would need to manually use it. Their soap and shampoo smell really nice, though, and everything is clean. Take note that they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. The television in the room has Netflix (you need your own account), but the Disney+ requires you to have an account specific to their region/ country. They also provide a pair of slippers for each guest and a hairdryer. They also provide water bottles every day in the room (when you avail room cleaning), or you can get one in the lobby. Overall, our experience in the hotel is very good.
