the hotel is located right next to a metro station, also has access to so many bus lines. It's super convenient! there are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. We loved this hotel.

Location is great, lots of food and bubble tea nearby. The room itself had a huge bed. The decorations in the room were not my favourite, but it's subjective. YouBike, bus, and MRT station are very close.

Great dorm like hotel near NTU and many shops, transportation, eateries. I love their free breakfast option which included Asian style breakfast foods and fresh fruits and salad. They have a free laundry machine and dryer in the basement for guests and the rooms are spacious. Would definitely stay again

Loved our time at Just Sleep NTU. The location was great - just a block from the entrance of NTU and the Gongguan MTR, and right across the street from the Gongguan shopping area with a night market, tons of great little restaurants and cafes. The restaurant served a very nice breakfast, and was a large, bright room with lovely wraparound windows with views of trees, buildings and hills. Our room was spacious and clean. Made this our home for a weeklong stay in Taipei while we visited our daughter, who’s studying at NTU. Will definitely stay there again.

My room had a musty, mouldy smell - not sure where from as could not see any mould anywhere. But could distinctly feel it every time entering the room. Otherwise, all fine. Staff not very communicative or particularly friendly, but ok if needing to answer questions.

日本人女性1人1泊平日2026年6月宿泊、中国語中級レベルで可能。 公館と台湾大学に近く、地下鉄とバスを利用できる立地で良い。 台北101が部屋の窓の中央に見えるお部屋で見晴らしがとても良い。 しかし、シャワーヘッドは不具合がある。 日本人のクオリティ感覚からしたら取り替えるべきだと思うが、機能は果たすレベル。 また、トイレットペーパーと便座レバーが動線悪い位置にあり、ロールペーパーを引き出すことができずらい構造になっている。 ベッドメーキングは素晴らしい。 シーツ、タオル、バスタオルも綺麗で使いやすい。 室内とテーブルがとても広くて良い。 しかし、1番の問題は、非常口を開いて避難経路を確認してみたところ、推車数台で通路が全て塞がれていて通れない。非常時逃げ出せない備品管理システム。灯もつかない。フロア自体も薄暗いので絶対に改善してください！ ちなみに三重店は、室内に日本語韓国語英語中国語の非難誘導パンフレットまで設置されていて、ジャストスリープは安心と思い今回公館を予約したのですが、このようなものもありませんでした。 また、ホームページにはチェックイン時間が23時と記載されたままで、実際には24時間だったため、夜9時に松山空港着予定で心配だったので事前にメールで問い合わせた。メール回答も社内でルール化されていないようで、返信遅いし、返信があったと思いきや複数職員がバラバラに異なった内容のメール返信された。 また、1階玄関横に深夜時間は施錠するのでカードキーをあてて入館せよという趣旨の案内表示があったが、実際には常時フロントに1人スタッフがおり、深夜施錠はなかったようだった。ホームページの古い情報は刷新すべきでしょう！とくに日本語で案内するならなおさら早急に願いたいです。日本と比較してはいけないが、フロントスタッフにはおもてなしという感覚はないようだった。チェックインチェックアウト、外出時戻ってきた時、座って携帯いじって顔をあげることもなく、それが普通らしかった。 一方、レストランスタッフは対応がよかった。 しかし、朝食はバイキングスタイルでも種類は少ない。特別に台湾料理が多いわけでもない。韓国人客が好む料理が数点あった。 ジャストスリープは台湾内でいくつも宿泊してきたが、それぞれ全く違うということを客側が理解しないといけないようだ。この公館店はギリギリまで無駄を省く努力をしている。バスタオル1枚に普通サイズ2枚だけ、スリッパ、バスローブ、固形石鹸の用意はない。

正面評價： - 夜班接待員非常有禮貌和客氣，讓入住過程變得愉快。 - 酒店（飯店）的清潔標準很好，確保了舒適的住宿環境。 - 房間寬敞，提供了安靜的環境。 - 位置便利，距離公館捷運站僅需步行距離，交通十分方便。 - 附近有許多不同類型餐廳，提供多樣的用餐選擇。 負面評價： - 早餐的選擇較少，沒有火腿、奶酪或煎蛋等提供。 - 雖然早餐供應時間為早上7:00至10:00，但餐廳工作人員在9:45 AM就開始清理自助餐桌，催促客人於10:00須用餐完畢。這樣的安排讓人感到匆忙，特別是許多飯店（酒店）會允許客人在正常供應時間稍晚一些用完早餐。 - 此外，白天班的年輕前台員工態度粗魯，沒有展現出應有的熱情。當我在接近前台時沒有招呼，而且，當我想詢問問題時，他的反應也很粗魯，要求我等待，這與台灣通常的熱情風格不符！
