It's close to two stations, has two lines, and is conveniently located for sightseeing. The room was clean and the bath had plenty of hot water. There was a convenience store and a night market nearby, so it was convenient for daily life.

Down side: The bathroom had a moldy smell. The bed base was stained. The edge of quilt was stained. The safe had been locked when I arrived. Throughout my stay, one of the towels I was given was stained on its edge. The lighting was rather dim, looking really old. Up side: Excellent, comprehensive, well prepared Japanese breakfast. Staffs were reacting to my poor Mandarin with due care and patience. They are reallly nice and helpful too. The technician came and fixed the safe lock very promptly. Pillows and matress were hard and comfy enough.

Excellent location. If you're a first timer in Taipei you can trust my words - very central, well-connected and in a nice area of the city as well (Zhongshan). The rooms have a kind of antique charm but they're well taken care of. Soundproof (very important in a bustling city such as Taipei) and with blackout curtains. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that was a "no no" for me was the laundry room. You can use if self-service but the logistics of it are terrible, as you have to wait for it to be clear from other guests using it, with every one of them granted up to 3h doing their laundry, and then the machines are very difficult to operate if you're a foreigner and/or not acquainted with those types of machines. Regardless of this, I had a very good stay.

今回は今までで一番長い7泊、お世話になりました。確か6回目位の利用です。 日系のホテルということもありますが、とにかく安心安全なホテルだと思います。 フロントのみなさんには、いつもながら大変お世話になりました。みなさん日本語が流暢で、日々、帰着時などに、まわりの状況を見つつ、ご迷惑にならない程度にさりげなく少し会話できたことは、女性ひとり旅の私にはとても嬉しく何より心強いことでした。実家に帰ったような気分です。お掃除のスタッフさんも、いつもにこやかな挨拶と、毎日、丁寧に清掃していただけました。私はハウスダストアレルギーがありますが、症状は一切出ずありがたいことでした 立地も抜群。地下鉄の民権西路駅まで徒歩5分ほど。ソウ城街夜市、晴光市場がホテルのすぐ裏にあり。徒歩５分程度で地元スーパー（ＰＸマート）や勝立百貨という食料品からお掃除道具まで揃う小型店もあり。徒歩10～25分圏内には毎日通った双連朝市や、寧夏夜市、日本の明治を感じられるテキ化街、カルフール等もあり、ホテルから徒歩圏内でも存分に楽しめました。 お部屋も、鍵がカードキーに変わり、エアコンも温度調節可。国内のビジネスシングルよりも広くセミダブルベッドで快適。冷蔵庫は小さい冷凍庫付。NHKワールド・日本BS放映あり。共用の電子レンジ、洗濯、乾燥機もありますよ。 今年で30周年を迎えられたとのこと。おめでとうございます。私は台湾と台湾の人々が大好きです。末永くこれからも「ここに人あり」のサンルートらしさで営業を続けられますこと願っております。またお世話になりますね。

相変わらず、とても快適なホテルでした。 台湾のホテルは、夜間スタッフ不在のところや、タオルの支給がない、シャワーの使い勝手が悪い、外の音・隣室の音・機械音等の騒音がすごい等、想定外のハプニングが多々起こりますが、ここは本当に安心して宿泊できます。次もサンルートにしようと思います。 マイナスな点:掃除の方が外出するまでずっといつ外出するのか確認に来る。換気扇が壊れててうるさい。

日系のホテルということで、レセプションの皆さんも日本語で対応していただき非常にありがたかったです。部屋もとても清潔でキレイ、広さも十分でした。トイレに紙も流すことができました。また、地下が大戸屋なのでなにかと便利です。 地下鉄の駅も近く、周辺にはコンビニや日系の飲食店もあります。そしてなによりも夜市に近いので、夜市で食べ物を買ってホテルで食べることも十分可能です。お陰様で非常に満足のいく滞在となりました。このホテルの前のバス停から空港への直通バスもありますので、重い荷物を持ってわざわざ台北駅から電車に乗らなくても大丈夫です。
