"Feel home" hot spring hotel

Wonderful hot spring in room! Can enjoy private hot spring any time! The room design and friendly staff makes u feel home, warm and comfortable. It's highly recommended if u r looking for a relax hot spring vacation in Taiwan!

Convenient location (across the street is the Xinbeitou MRT), new and modern facilities, comfortable bed, spacious room. Breakfast is so so but half board dinner is very good. Hot springs pools and sauna are great except the 30 minutes closing several times a day which makes it very inconvenient.

Location is great, right outside the train station . Loved the private bath in the hotel room. Also liked the public spa and hot spring. Wished the opening times were 24 hours though. The reception area on level 6 is not so appealing. Would prefer the reception area on the ground floor. I had the dinner and breakfast included. I expected Japanese dinner but instead it was western which was okay. Loved the breakfast buffet, it was so high quality. I would stayed again.

The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway.

當晚入住較晚 住在七樓 約莫晚間10:20左右 外面發生氣爆 消防隊也有來…..！後來才知道是演練 但誰會在週六晚間10點多演練..！讓房間內熟睡的家人嚇醒…！演練也沒告知 電梯也沒張貼告知 讓房客驚嚇後 問房務 才知道 這樣真的很不ok 整晚睡不好 ..！真心不推薦
