Great location and service

My stay there was very comfortable as a solo traveler. The location was near two great malls with excellent restaurants. There was a food court (not associated with the hotel) right on the ground floor. The hotel also had great service & their happy hour at the bar/lounge upstairs was unexpectedly very nice too.

The best Indigo I've ever stayed

The check-in was speedy, and the room was spacious and clean. The in-room beverage and liquor were complementary. Most importantly, thumb-ups to members of the front desk and the house keeping for their hospitality and willingness to accommodate our special requests such as late check-out and room sanitization.

It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Taipei. Although it’s a little far from the city center, it’s a really nice quiet area and close to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants. I will stay here again.

Centrally located. Access to great shopping and food & beverage options. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room is spacious, but can use some basic upkeep with regards to scuff marks on room wall and room door.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Taipei! This modern design hotel design is locates in an area with lots of shopping and dining options. I stay for 2 weeks for personal trip; the room (with 2 single bed) is clean and spacious with lots of sunlight. There is only shower room available in this room type; bath tub comes with a different room type. The staffs are professional and friendly, parking is free for hotel guests. Breakfast is available with a fee. There is a subway station near by (about 10 minutes walk), and bus stop is 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable to most shopping mall and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The staff organized taxi service for us and we experienced no delays as often happens in Taipei. As many airline staff stay here, the hallways and elevator areas are very noisy early in the morning. Hard to sleep if you are in a room near the elevators.

Interesting decor

Love the decor in the room - artsy, bright and cheery. Perfect if you need to do some work. Front desk staff is very helpful, professional and responsive. Location is excellent, with Lai Lai soybean, Yeong Shyang bakery, Iron Chef, Miramar and the subway all within a short walk. And linked to Chef's Kitchen. And love the seafood porridge at breakfast!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Shopping mall close by. Very convenient. I traveled with my mom and had requested a shower chair and they were able to bring a very nice one immediately. I had also requested a couple of sake online and asked to be shipped to the hotel. They were able to help me to receive the products and even helped me to refrigerated it until I departed. Overall, nice hotel with great staff!!
