Great Hotel

Great Hotel, modern decal, very large room and due to my Hotel.com status, they upgraded me to a corner suite which are really really nice. Hotel breakfast have good selections, it is not the quantity but the quality of the food are delicious! Hotel staff are always professional and very friendly. My wife and I will definitely come back to this lovely hotel

Value for momey, spacious rooms

Comfortable rooms and great service. They have a bar that is opened from late morning till 11pm for guests, with drinks, fruits and local snacks. Staff were attentive to enquiries and provided recommendations on restaurants in the neighborhoods. The TV in the room is huge with several English channels. The only diwnside is that its quite a walk from the metro station Xingtian Temple, esp when it was raining or if you have lugguage.

My hotel room looks very new, spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. There were lots of variety for the breakfast buffet. The hotel is only about 7 minutes walk to the train station so it’s quite convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Taipei again:)

Great hotel. Highly recommend.

The room itself was generally clean, large, and great. My only complaint was that the sofa had stains. The property was responsive to emails. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options. And when I needed something like lotion or a food bowl, I appreciate that it was delivered quickly, and by a cute robot.

The hotel was very average at best for the price point. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Service was average, breakfast was average, the gym was very small and lacking. One positive is the cleaning staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. The rest of the staff were not friendly.

It is at a great location, easy walking to the subway station. There are lots of small restaurants around. The room Is clean and quiet. They provide water fountain and self-laundry service. Even in the laundry room, you are able to watch TV to wait it done. Also the best part is the free breakfast. The food is fresh and delicious. Recommend!!
