Great hotel, will be back!

Great hotel in a really good location for the MRT. Can't fault anything, the staff were awesome and friendly too. My only gripe was having to wear a mask to use the breakfast buffet, which was really strange because we still shared serving utensils.

I've booked this hotel everytime I came to Taipei for almost a decade. The location is super convenient and the service is really great. However, recently I noticed the bathroom is moldy which is disappointing. Hope it gets improved and I'm looking forward to staying in Grand Forward next time too!

Mold smell inside room, I had headache first night. Hotel staff are very nice, when I change a room next day, they gave me an end unit room which I can open two side widows, hotel staff also provide me dehumidifier when I notice them my concern. Great staff, location.
