Very nice and helpful Staff/family. Always provided us with necessities when needed. They were always available, very helpful, and welcoming. I booked a room with two queen beds and when we got Singapore there, they gave us a room with three beds, one queen and two single beds, which was great since we were a family of four adults. We were very happy with that. always accommodating. My daughter needed an extra blanket, which they provided. I needed a measuring tape and a knife to cut some fruits. When we left, it was raining outside. I asked them for bags to cover our luggage. They were very helpful and they provided plastic bags to cover all our luggage and the lady she was helping us putting the bags, which was very sweet of her. I also like the idea that they have a washer and dryer available at the property. We stayed there for seven days so we ended up using the washer and dryer twice during our stay. The area is very central. It’s in the middle of restaurants shops very nice area.

約1週間宿泊しました。泊まった部屋は、最低限の清潔感はあったものの、剥き出しの緩降機が使えそうもない状態で備え付けてあり、狭い部屋の体積をますます狭めていたり、タンスには壊れたような穴があったり、何より、シャワールームの鏡が少し押せば動いて、落ちないか心配させられたり、鏡の前にコップなどをのせておくガラスの棚の角の尖った部分が、シャワールーム入り口に突き出ており、よく気をつけて出入りしないと、角に体のどこかが当たるのではないか、子供なら頭や顔を当てそうで怖い思いが拭えません。女性スタッフの一人は、あいさつもしてくれず、こちらからあいさつしても、軽く頷く程度でした。都市の中心的観光地のホテルとは思われない諸側面に、驚きがありました。もう利用させていただくことはないと思います。清掃スタッフの方自身は、きちんとした仕事をされている印象はありました。

Primero y mas importante, Si lo recomiendo, ampliamente, es un hospedaje sencillo pero muy cumplidor, tiene cosas curiosas, esta en el 5to piso de un edificio, es un hotel adaptado por lo tanto no todas las habitaciones tienen ventana, pero si tienen ventilación y aire acondicionado, para llegar al edificio debes caminar un par de minutos por una calle estrecha, es zona segura asi q no se preocupen, esta en una zona llena de comercio y lugares para comer, asi q siempre encontrarás lo q necesites, el personal es extremadamente amable y confiable, las camas son cómodas y la habitación venía equipada con refrigerador chico y jarra para calentar agua, si su plan es no gastar mucho en hospedaje y tiene mente abierta, este lugar es para usted, no lo dude.

駅から近くてとてもいいが、1階にオープンスペースのスポーツバーのような店があり、朝3時ごろまで大騒ぎでうるさくて寝れない。 泊まった部屋のシャワールーム狭すぎてシャワールーム内に置いてあるタオルがそのままシャワーを浴びると全て濡れてしまう。 スタッフの対応は悪くない。 エクスペディアに掲載されている写真とは部屋の様子が違った。
